How Do You Add a new Debit Card to paypal

I can't for the life of me find the page... Pretty sad on paypal's part.

I have subscriptions going and now they're failing because of an outdated debit card. I want to update them but noooooo..... God forbid they put a a "add new debit card here" page somewhere.

Can someone make a liar out of me please?

As far as your question, does your debit card have a Visa or Mastercard logo? If so, just treat it as a regular credit card. I added my debit card to Paypal that way. They don't know the difference.
