How do you add a photo or video to an iWeb blog..

I know this is probably really simple, but I cannot figure out how to add media to my blog posts.

Say I drag in a photo or something, it doesn't actually show up on the actual post.
And I don't know how to add an html snippet (such as a Youtube video) to my blog post?

Please help
