How do you arrange native apps/webapps?

I'm trying to come up with the most intuitive solution for arranging all of my apps. How are yours laid out?

I am still using 1.1.2 and jailbroken with SummerBoard I arrange them in this order:

1st springboard:

VNotes

2nd SpringBoard:
Installer

SMBPrefs

VoiceDial - I will move it to the 1st one
