How do you automatically tile images in Preview?

I would like to open at least 5 .png files at a time, default app is Preview, and I want the images to be tiled, as in all are equal size and adjacent so they can be simultaneously viewed. Is there a way to have this completed by an application instead of me resizing and moving all of them?

Put them in a Finder folder and increase the thumbnail size...?
