How do you change the effects applied to individual icons

I was just wondering if there was any cydia package that allows you to change the effects of an individual icon, (I'm mostly trying to change the size) I looked into bigify+ but that changes the effects on ALL of the icons which is not what I am looking for, so I was wondering if there is a package to do this or maybe a way to do it through mobile terminal or iFile...
