How do you change the name associated with your cell number?

My carrier is AT&T. I can't figure out how to do this. Some might know that I can't charge my MBP right now so I spend a lot if time on the internet on my phone. My family's PC is very obsibenent.

I think you have to contact your carrier and change the name that is on the billing statement. If your mother/father is the one paying the bill, they or a manager of the account would have to change to name.
