How do you change the widget size in Today View?

I just updated to ios14 this morning. I setup Today View with the items I want but I can't figure out how to change the size of the widgets. For example, the Battery widget I want the larger widget, and for the Screen Time Widget I want the smaller size widget than what it gave me. I am sure hoping this is possible.

Yes you are correct. I was trying to resize, but then realized I had to remove and re add it at the desired size.

Apple are working on resizing them, as all through iOS 14.0 beta, the release notes covered this was an issue.
