How do you check for lint in screen?

I know obviously u can just look for it but am wondering if there is a way to better spot it, perhaps with an all white background or specific color image?

I don't have light bleed/yellow/dead pixels now dust or lint is the last thing I need to check for.

I found a tiny speck of dust when the screen was off with direct sunlight hitting it at an angle. Since that's the only way I can see it, I think I'll live with it.
