How do you check the speed of your hard drive?

Is there any profile in OS X or some other application that let's you check the speeds of your various hard drives?

If you go to "About This Mac" and look at "Hardware/ATA," you'll see a listing of your hard drives. It won't tell you the speeds, but you can get the model/part number of your hard drive and Google it. You should be able to figure out the speeds by doing that...
