How do you check your pre-order status?

I see a lot of posts about people's iPhones saying 'prepared for shipping' or whatever they are.

i ordered mine from an at&t store... where can i go to see the status?

You have to put in the zip code of the store as listed on the receipt you were given.

Mine is listed as:
In Progress: Our warehouse is still processing this item for shipment.

Does anybody else get anything different?

I ordered from AT&T Premier (6/9 at 6pm) and mine says:

from https://www.wireless.att.com/business/order_status/index.jsp

"We have received your order request, and we expect to begin processing it shortly."

from http://wireless.att.com/order_status/order_status.jsp

Backordered...
