Hello,

I just got a Macbook Pro a few weeks ago, and It seems like it's impossible to clean the outside of it, I mean the aluminum part where the Apple's logo and etc... I tried cleaning it in different ways but the dirt stays and it just gets bigger.

Anyone have suggestions?

Thank you!

Yeah I know exactly what you mean man. I've has mine for little under a year, but it looks older by the amount of dirt it attracts.

I use a micro fibre cloth and dampen it with water to clean off the grim all over, harmlessly. For crevices, I take an ear bud and damped one end and go into the hard to reach places, using the dry side to dry it up.

I've never had a problem keeping the aluminum on my Pro clean either. I do have a difficult time with the screen though since the whole thing is covered in glass. Like the people who have replied above me I also use a damp microfiber cloth to keep mine clean.
