How do you create contact groups on the iphone from outlook?

I am syncing my iphone with outlook and it has been working very well. I noticed that there is an option to sync groups, does anyone know if there is something i can set on my contacts in outlook to have them show up in groups on the iphone? It would be a great feature to be able to use.

I too would like to know if anyone has a solution. I just synced my iPhone to my office contacts and I noticed that catagories do not pull through. When I sync with my Mac at home will iTunes preserve existing contacts groups or will it strip them?
