How Do You Customize The Toolbar In Mail On the iPad?

In Apple’s guide for ios 18 it says to tap the 3-dots circle icon in the Mail app to get the customize option. In ios 18 there is that icon above the message window with that option. But the only such icon in ios 26 is over the message list and does not contain that option. Is there any way in 26 to customize that toolbar?

Thanks, that will work if you’re using windows mode. However for those not using windows, that 3 dot ellipsis should be there as it was previously. There’s plenty of room for it to be on that side, as it is over the message list. I submitted feedback as this would appear to have been overlooked
