How do you delete a song one by one in the music app?

It appears Apple have gone off on a tangent with iTunes Match and you can't now delete any music from your devices, or see which songs are actually downloaded or are still in the cloud.

How do you delete a song one by one in the music app?

If you have ios6, you can't anymore. It's one of the reasons why I downgraded back to iOS 5 (that, and a couple of other problems). In ios5, you would find the album/song that you want, and you can then use your finger to swipe to the left over the title, and then click delete
