How do you delete local music downloaded by iTunes Match?

It appears iTunes Match downloads any streamed music to your iOS device automatically. This will easily fill up my 16GB device, but I can't see anyway of deleting songs via the Music app (or anywhere else)... I've tried swiping from left to right but nada.

How do you delete local music downloaded by iTunes Match?
