How do you do screen sharing?

i saw it on apples website and it looks cool, but how do you do it?

Go to System Preferences and open Sharing under Internet & Wireless. Check Screen Sharing and File Sharing (on both computers). Then open up a finder window and on the sidebar (under Shared) should be the other computer. Click on it and press "Share Screen..."
