Is the there a way for me to downgrade my ipod touch from 3.1.1 back to 3.0? I've been having some problems since I got it and I just want it back to the 3.0 software.

You can get the firmware here for 3.0:
http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/

Put it in DFU mode:
Google for a guide on how to do this, there are many. It involves holding down certain buttons in combination.

Once in DFU mode, you won't be able to tell that it is on, because the screen will be off, but when you plug it into the computer, iTunes will say that it recognized an iPod in recovery mode. Now, on a mac, option - click restore, or on a pc, shift-click restore, and it will ask you for a firmware location. Point it to the location where you downloaded the software above.

It should now restore, and you'll be back to 3.0.
