How Do you Edit a Theme

I have downloaded some themes to edit their icons, but instead of folders, all I get is theme.theme

so how do I edit files/themes with the .theme extension?

I assume you are using a Mac. It's easy, just right click on the theme and select "show package contents". A new finder window will popup showing you all the folders. Then you are free to have fun.

I just change the .theme to .png and then you can open and edit, then change it back to .theme after.

No I can access them, next job i how to figure out how to make them, like animated images, and sounds etc, does anyone know a website with a forum that helps you write Java and make complete themes?
