I can't seem to find a way to enter simple mathematical symbols such as >= (but as a single symbol) or <= (but as a single symbol) on the iPad.

How do I do this? None of the keyboard's extra keys have this.

Help!

If you require more than those (I assume you do) then there is no built-in way to do that (I believe there is a Cydia tweak somewhere... but don't quote me on that).
Your best bet so far would be to use an app like Unicode Maps.
