Canada EH!!!
My father-in-law has an OLD computer with Windows 98 on it. It will only read CD-R disks if they have been finalized. I have copied some files to a CD-R disk and I'm wondering, how do you finalize the CD-R disk in OS-X?

Cheers.

the OS X native burn utility should finalize the CD automatically.

copy the files into the CD icon, then drag the CD icon to the trash. The burn will begin.

Oh OK .. There must be some other reason that he can't read the disk then. I will try to burn one using Toast 8. You can choose to burn a disk for MAc or PC. Hopefully that will work.

Cheers.
