I am using a lot of storage on iCloud for Photos and Videos but I don't want to store them there. This just happened recently. I can see all my devices but I'd like to know which devices are storing stuff in iCloud so that I can remove the files and not store on iCloud.

Is there a way to do this without doing it on all of my devices?

I figured it out. Go to an iPhone and disable and delete photo storage. It will delete them on iCloud in 30 days. So I need to clean up my iCloud account and the problem will be resolved in a month.
