How do you find them?

What User Profile do you mean? Your User Account? In Finder, press CMD+SHIFT+H to see your Home Directory (the User Account's home folder) or click the house icon in Finder's Sidebar with your shortname behind it or go to Menu Bar > Go > Home.

If you mean your settings, go to System Preferences > Accounts / Users & Groups (depending on your Mac OS X version) and there it is.

Or do you mean something else? Perhaps your user profile on MacRumors*?
