How do you get the Gear4 Icebox Pro Off

I just recieved mine, Ive seen the video on youtube, but I still cant do it....I put it on wrong where the top isnt connected correctly...please help

To put it on you're suppose to slide it down on, so that the triangle latch pops into place on the top. Make sure you align the sides as there is a slot on each slide for the back and front to come together at.

To get it off I just push in on the bottom of the back side where the 4 dots are and push it up and pull it off.

Wish mine would be that tight, I can easily slide it off with a little pressing down from my thumb.. so I don't think it would stay on if I dropped it from a height = broken/smashed iPhone
