How do you get the new iBooks icon?

I know this is not very important, but after updating my iPad mini with retina to iOS 8 this afternoon, I still have the old iBooks icon from iOS 7 instead of the iOS 8 icon that looks like the new Safari bookmarks symbol. I tried powering off the iPad and restarting with no success.

Also, what is up with the extremely long second and minute hands on the clock app icon?

Nobody has they icon yet. Maybe it will come in an update.
