How do you get your photos into iPhoto with an android phone?

I've been using a flip phone for years but I could use the driving directions features a smart phone has.
The Republic Wireless Moto X was $300 plus $25 a month for unlimited data when you use wifi if available.

I'm wondering if anybody out there has an android phone but uses a mac and how they get there photos in iPhoto?

I would like an iPhone but couldn't find anything close to the Republic Wireless deal.
Let me know if I missed something? I can still return the Moto.
