How do you group songs from the same album into one?

I know how to do it on iTunes, but is there a way to do it on iOS? I don't sync my music from itunes. I have an album that just suddenly split into two separate albums and I have tried everything. Deleting it, hiding it then unhiding it, nothing will put it back into one.
