do you hold your phone with your dominant hand using your thumb or in your non dominant hand and use the index finger of your dominant hand to navigate.

In my case an iPod touch.

I hold it whichever hand picks it up. I don't have a preferred hand (maybe because I am ambidextrous).

well the point was do you use it one handed or do you hold it in one hand and use your index finger of the other to navigate.

Right hand and use my thumb, got quite large hands so its quite easy to reach all the way across.

I actually use my non-dominant hand and its thumb rather than my dominant hand, especially at work since my other hand is busy with either the keyboard or the mouse.

I have a 4, so I have to be careful. Steve told me I was holding it wrong, so I'm mindful.

Neither. I lost both thumbs in a freak spelling bee accident, so now I use both feet. It's a bitch when I'm driving though.

I hold it in my non-dominant hand using my index of my dominant hand. To be even more specific, I hold it the "wrong" way in my (non-dominant) left hand.

Neither also, I usually hold it in my dominant hand and type with the other index finger. I think it's because I always carry it in my dominant hand and don't switch hands for typing.
