iPod touch How do you install update

I've been successful downloading the iPod1,1_2.0_5A347_Restore.ipsw packet but I haven't figured out how to get itunes to find it for the install. I'm using a PC with windows. Any help would be great! Thanks.

Hold Alt (and Shift, maybe, I can't remember) and press "Restore", then locate the file.

On mac you press the "option" key and "restore" in itunes at the same time, select the file you downloaded and away you go.
In windows try the ctrl key instead.
