How do you keep apps organized across multiple iPads?

How do you keep apps organized across multiple iPads or other iDevices? We have 3 iPhones, 2 Touches, 2 iPads. My daughter keeps managing to screw up everyone's app folders when she syncs. What are we missing to prevent this?

Each device should have its own settings. Syncing one shouldn't affect the others.

Is the problem that your daughter syncs a device and it's screwed up when she's done? Or she syncs her iPad and then when you sync your iPhone it gets screwed up?

If the former, don't let sync your devices anymore. The latter, make sure sure they do have individual settings.
