how do you kill background apps such as google latitidue from running upon rebooting the iPhone I'm not sure of the other apps that I configured to run in background auto mode once I reboot.
 
All apps will still be in your multi tasking bar following a reboot, you will need to close it manually from the bar
 
Double tap the home button and your multitasking bar will show your recent apps. Hold on to one of the apps in the bar unroll they start to shake. They will have an x in the upper left. Push the x and the app is closed.
