How do you know what size band, lightseal and cushions that's inside the box when buying from a private seller?

I plan on buying a brand new unopen and sealed box AVP from an individual online, but is there a way to tell exactly what size bands, light cushion and light cushion seals that it comes with? I asked the seller but they don't know either unless they open the box which I don't want them to.

The seller can pull up the order in the Apple app. It states the size very obviously.

So the seller bought it and never opened it but now wants to sell it? Why wait so long to sell?
I guess I’m skeptical by nature especially when so much money is involved.

Well the seller stated that they won it through a raffle at work and has no use for it.
