I have the tracking number, but how do I know which company?

The number starts with: WW0000018.............

I have tried UPS and TNT without success.

It should be in the left hand side of the Apple "track you order" page, near the bottom

Send pic of it (blur important numbers)

Usually you can just enter whatever the tracking number is into google and it figures out which company and sends a link to your tracking info....if you feel comfortable doing that...

I still have this info even if it was shipped 17th and "In Transit to Customer - Shipment on Schedule 27th"

Carrier Tracking Number
In transit to final destination - carrier details to be updated shortly.

Apple will likely update the page soon. You could call Apple and ask, that's fastest way

Scandinavian tracking

I called apple and found out this:

My delivery agent is TNT. The tracking number is the number below the estimated date (mine begins with 31...) WITHOUT the last two digits (01 on mine) making it a nine digit number.

Mine is stuck in Podong due to "bad weather". Bollocks.

There is absolutely no tracking information on the status page though. Is this a scandinavian thing?

Ordered from Norway on the 13th.

Actually it's quite obvious. I called Apple today and if you have ordered more than one item everything will be collected in Amsterdam and repacked before distribution. When that is done you will get the correct tracker info.

My new bag is probably just waiting in Amsterdam for the MBP from Shanghai.
