yesterday, I stumbled across Apple's 2021 pride watch face on the website. It says "Open this page on your iPhone to download the Watch Face." https://www.apple.com/watch/
So I visited it (the German page first) on my iPhone 11, and it says requires iOS 14.4 (which I had) and watchOS7.3 (which I had). But when opening the link "Add Apple Watch Face" I just get a text file with improper encoding
After visiting the English page, it says requires iOS 14.6 (okay, I'll update) and watchOS 7.5. So I unpaired my S3, upgraded to 7.4.1. And then upgraded again to 7.5. But when opening the link "Add Apple Watch Face" I still get a text file with improper encoding.
I've tried restarting my phone, closing (in multitasking) Safari and clicking the link again. I've downloaded the .watchface to iCloud, but I still cannot add it to my phone/watch.
Is the new watch face restricted to the larger screen watches? (SE and up?) I haven't seen any indication that the face is only restricted to newer watches.
