How do you make a podcast and submit it to iTunes?

What's the EASIEST way to create and submit it?

i understand i need to create an RSS feed(?) what is the EASIEST RSS app out there?

There was some great info on this about 2 episodes ago on Tekzilla...just search it and you want the long episode from about 2 Thursdays ago, not the daily tip.

There is a site that will setup your RSS for you, and it can set it for multiple sites like iTunes, Miro, etc.

I think it might have been Feedburner

Don't you need a server or some sort of hosting service? There's a Utility that came with Mac OS that makes it easier to automatize the process of recording and uploading, but that's as much as I know.
