Everytime I sync my iPhone with iTunes on Mac, it duplicates playlist (for example if i have a playlist named '[playlist name]' it after syncing, there will be another playlist named ''[playlist name 1]' and I even see one playlist that has '[playlist name 2]'. It seems like it keeps adding on duplicates changing the number at the end.
