How do you manually set your location in Google mobile?

I am so frustrated right now, I've spent the last 30 minutes trying to figure this out I'm going insane. It should not be this difficult to find such a basic feature.

Switching to Google classic should be necessary, and when you do it w/ the iPhone you can't switch back to mobile without deleting all of your cookies

What do you mean you don't get it? You haven't noticed when you search in google it localizes your results to a certain city
