Carrier How do you order when you dont have a contract with any of those listed on Apple?

I'm outside the US (military contractor) , so I don't have any of the 4 listed carriers when I try to buy the phone online. What am I missing? Is there a method to buying unlocked somewhere?

For T mobile version , you don't need a contract. It's unlocked. You just pay full price.

Cool, as long as the T-mobile does GSM and LTE ,then that will work for me. I had it in my head I needed the AT&T model.
