iPod touch How Do You Organize Your Apps?

I just got the 2G iPod Touch, over 60 apps and was wondering how you organize them?

At first I thought about specifying each page for something like "Games" and "Utilities" ...but then I simply thought about ordering them all in alphabetical style, minus the main apps I use to be on the first page...

...So how do you do it?

I had them organized by use. First 2 pages were mine. Daily stuff and games. Then a page of math games for the kids, then a page of stuff for the 5yo, then the "fun" games.

Then I upgraded to 3.0 and it's a mess. I had more things trying to sync than I had room, so those moved over after 3.0 and everything got rearranged. I haven't taken it on because I'm hoping that the new version of iTunes that everyone is expecting tomorrow gives you a way toofo it on the desktop.

I just use the alpha sort. And move the apps I use very often (Textfree) to the first/second page.
