I am going away and so would like to play swf games on my macbook, but I will be offline so is there any program that will work? I have tried iSwiff but it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

download the swf file,and when you are offline,use the adobe tool to open it ...

i think this method will work!
 
@chriszgn i have tried to download adobe but it doesn't seem to work. It says that it has installed but I can never find it

do you have a flash player on your mac?

if your browser has the adobe flash player add-on,
i think the most easy way to play your swf game is to drag the swf to your browser window~
