iPhone 11 Pro How do you pop open a video in a text message

Now with the iPhone pro and lack of 3D Touch, how do you make a video larger in a text message. I used to just press harder and it would pop up in a new window. I can’t figure out how to do it now. Long press doesn’t work.

Just tap it once. That’s all I’ve ever done in the past to make the video full-screen.
