How do you pre-order thru apple right now? Anyone know?

For some reason, it won't let me pre-order thru apple anymore...
Wth..
Does anyone know what I can do process? It doesn't let me reserve or order. I gave up on June 24th, but it won't even let me do july 2nd. Anybody have any ideas?

Maybe they have it offline. As of now they are reporting on the front page https://forums.macrumors.com/ that new pre-orders are being pushed out to July 14th.
