How Do You Put An Image Instead Of A Video In iMovie 09's GreenScreen Backround?

The title pretty much explains it.... Also if its not possible, does anyone know of some good freeware for chroma key/green screen(ing) Because I would like to use an image behind me instead of a video.

Green Screening with Still Images in iMovie '09

Yeah, I'd like to know why the green screen doesn't work with still images (photos or whatnot), too, and how to make it work...

Anybody got any ideas, please?
