This is how I see it:

iOS (my rating = 8/10)
UI getting a bit dated. Home screen needs more customization. Not true multitasking (but good substitute)

Android OS (7/10)
Feels a bit hacked. UI inconsistent. Not enough privacy protection for me. Malware delight.

Windows 7 OS (6/10)
Unproven. Limited developer support. Fresh UI. Promising

Blackberry OS (5/10)
Playing catchup. Limited developer support. Slow performance.

WebOS (4/10)
To little to late. Limited developer support. Sluggish performance. Why would HP buy this?
