I have read through some of the different posts on different apps and have found a wide range in scoring. IN YOUR OPINION -- Why wouldnt you rate an app that is free and works and is useful with 4 or 5 stars? What does an app have to do to get 5 stars from you? If you answer my question, could you also list 1 app that you did rate 5 stars? Obviously there is no right or wrong answer - I just want your opinion on what it takes for you to rate an app with 4 or 5 stars.

Thanks!
