How old is the post from which that screenshot was taken?

I don't think you can register a negative post count since the removal of the down vote button. My guess is that that is an old post, prior to the removal of the down vote button, but the vote remained.

Any negative votes you see are from more than a couple of years ago when that down vote option was removed.
