How do you remove glare from a stage show in Final Cut Pro?

I'm putting together the DVD of an annual stageplay and I've only just started using Final Cut for it this year. However, there is some glare from the stage lights in the wide shots on the actors' faces. You can make them out easily but it'd be nice to take them down a bit.

Is there any way that I can do this?
