How do you rename Shared in Files??

Not quite sure what is your question: your are using the iOS 16 beta on an iPhone and want to rename files shared on iCloud?
Are you the one who owns these files and initiated sharing? Then just select a file and select rename from the popup and enter a new name.
Can you please clarify your question?
EDIT: because of the format - are these IP adresses in your home network with an e.g. SMB share? You can see, I do not understand, so please… 🤓
