How do you repair No Access folder on server?

I created a folder on our server and I went to sent the privileges to Read & Write for everyone so someone else could add files. Instead of working as expected, it decided to delete the users that were listed and change 'everyone' to 'No Access.' Now I can't even access it myself. How can I fix this folder?

I'm not an IT guy and I don't have a lot of mac troubleshooting experience. I do have physical access to the server.

Lol. At school once I unlocked someone's desktop and put 9000 undeletable files on someone's desktop by changing the permissions via get info and changing the owner to me.

Well, I don't actually know how to do it, but duplicating other undeletable files on there seemed to work.
