How do you report a user who has their profile as private?

As the title says

How/where does one report a user who has their profile totally locked down and not visible?
There's nowhere I can find to do that as the "report user" button is usually on the profile page (I think?)

I guess you would only be able to report any posts they have created.

Just report the post that you think should be reported; all posts have a "report" button (on the lower left of the screen where the post appears) that you can click on, which opens to a small box (which is what is sent to staff as a "post report") where you can explain why - or give a reason why - you are reporting the post (i.e. "spam", or "offensive," etc).

A user who is "private" cannot be contacted by DM/PM, but, their profile is not where one would usually head to, in order to report a post.

So, in essence, from what I can gather, one reports a post, (as violating rules), rather than a poster.

Alternatively, you can use the Contact Us form to explain the situation with any relevant links. Response time will likely be slower than a post report, as it goes through a different channel, but it will get looked at.
