How do you resize the wallpaper on iPhone

Ever since the new iOS 7 update the wallpaper zooms in on my iphone and does not let me zoom back out or move it. Any ideas on how to fix this would be helpful.

You should just be able to pinch the image when setting the wallpaper?

It doesn't work with the new ios7...not the Same as ios6

ahhhhh you are so wise! i always seems to fiddle around trying to screenshot the right adjusted size, as i am resizing in my viewer. this is a better system!
